Our luxury ice cream carts have all been designed and built in a small town named Giarre in Sicily, Italy. Each cart has been customised to serve a different purpose. Over time our fleet has grown and diversified so that we have a cart to suit any event or space.
Since 2012 we have put smiles on faces at thousands of weddings and corporate events with fresh, artisan gelato served straight from one of our beautiful carts.

While our ice cream carts are what initially grabbed Melbourne’s attention, it wasn’t long before the rare quality of our gelato became the real star of the Bianco Latte show. For this reason, in 2017 we opened our first ice cream shop in the sweet seaside suburb of Elwood in Melbourne’s East. Elwood as a suburb suits Bianco Latte’s vision to a tee.
Our customers are passionate about high quality products and supporting small businesses. We have found them appreciative of both creative innovation and environmental innovation. It is a very inspiring place to make home and have felt the community’s support as we grow! We feel very humbled indeed.
Our gelato is an artisan product (we make it ourselves!) and production takes place using our own small twist on original Italian recipes.
Our gelato and sorbet (for all our vegan gelato lovers) are made from the highest quality of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients (unless in the exciting event we can source an unmatchable equality of product from its authentic origin, for example, Pistachio imported from Bronte in Sicily…YUM!).
We keep our flavours perfectly balanced to allow all of those lovely artisan ingredients to shine. Taste the roasted nuts, cold brew coffee, fresh fruit and all the aromas of Italy in our gelato.
